If mall not workable, means hotel and office tower would hardly workable as well (surprisingly Dato Chang already announced in public media).

EW is township developer, we need EW to bring in commercial elements (not only build shoplot then sell, needs to work hard to bring in quality tenants) and also public required amenities (school -primary,secondary,tertiary, hospital, market, public transport hub, lanscape park, etc).

Infra wise I would say already tip-top, but if can work on the missing link between Lekas and Plus, that will be superb.

How about the portion for your children?

Your wife already have her parent's portion to fulfill..

I bet for the first 3 years of operation, more than 90% of Semenyih users will choose the Semenyih toll route for commuting to KL, unless they are going to southbound or Semenyih toll jammed up.

6 lanes in and out I believe is sufficient at least for the requirement in the coming 7 years.

I believe more Semenyih ppl shall hope IJM to improve the number of toll gates in Semenyih exit.

We hope EW is working hard on the corporate tenant. However, working hard is not sufficient, we need to see some outcomes, as soon as possible, even it just one or two.

If the "working hard" brings no solid outcome within the coming year. make sure no more "working hard", should "working smart" also..

Guard will chase after you, because you grab their portion..

Lol, no lah.. If got leftover, EW sure will belanja them makan mah..

By the way, if EM allow people tapao, then why not allow more people going?

I hope EM understand that although only mention only for 2 pax, ultimately I believe many purchasers will "break the rule". Just prepare for that, as it happens during the show village opening last time..

I hope those corporate towers (hopefully not highrise residential) will be realized one day, not just put there for decoration ya..

So, the central park will somehow look like this ya?
