Base on the illustration...there is NO WAY the entry arch can be served as guardhouse...

Perhaps its just an entry arch and guardhouse is seperate.

If its just an entry arch...then there wont be gate lioa.

If its an entry arch + guardhouse...it means ecoworld learnt nothing from setia.

Others precinct buyers no need to happy first, they have bad track record. Not sure they will treat you guys well yet.

If the floor plan is 15ft, I think it will be. This is the floor plan for Merrydale, 20ft back and 50ft front. For the landscaping, this part is not in the specification. Hence, will be subjective.

In one of the talks held in the past, managed to take the pics of Cradleton EM shared on the PowerPoint.  Whether it's unacceptable and you find yourself get conned, please do your own judgement. 


If you look at the site layout plan of Cradleton, the focus on the landscape seems to be in the red circled area and the perimeter.

This is not from S&P but the floor plan given by EM. Looks like yours is more detailed than mine. Mine doesn't even mention the road dimension at all.

On the other hand, I asked EM for the layout and plan for piping and wiring but was advised to refer EWRC department during VP.

Yeah no question for 15 feet in the real picture, but the illustration seems to exaggerate the 15ft, and the gates & fences design look different too, hence the question. cheers.
