the 50-53C temp refer to CPU heat or HDD heat?? mind to provide some feed back?

no..i burning cd...50-53C is my proc temp and my HDD temp is around 52C.

burning CD wont heat up ur lappy much....i tried b4...that temp is kinda normal...just my CPU heat is slightly higher than urs...

now also HDD 48C, CPU 59C..damit... mad.gif

but my main question is why burning is so slow?? last time faster...need to install driver ke?

did u set u power property to Home/Office Desk or Always On? if u did, u proc will run on 1600mhz constant...which will generate heat...btw, v3000 has heating issue on left palm which is the hd, not wit proc... hv other condition as well...r u in aircond room??? or a in a room wif jz fan???

duno, depends file size, quantity of files, type of files, format bla bla bla...

try study what r u burning, and try compare...

room with just fan...now im using maximum performance, but wait, the heat is almost the same even if i put batery optimized and other power profiles....dynamic switching also same...i sumor shove a marlboro box under it to give more air ventilation...

but for ur information, when im burning dvd, the proc heat skyrocket to abt 80c!!!

any idea dude?

u burning while running ur lappy on bater? what u set? dynamic switching? max performance? or batery optimized??

maybe is power management issue, lets figure it out...

anyone with better idea please help....

if set save battery, sure the OS wont assign alot of resources for burner

i got bad experience helping my friend to install drivers...learnt a lesson and now b4 i buy this lappy...i ta pao all the drivers from the seller first...if not i dun wan to buy...hahahhaah

like that really weird ady...it maybe software version as well...lots of things to consider..that's why i hate troubleshooting sometimes...

running on Ac and dynamic switching shouldn't be a problem already...

what i would suggest is try put maximum performance and try again...

wen u said dynamic switching...did u install a software named notebook hardware control... i wud recommend u to unisntall it... cos it messes up my notebook system... n my hd always overheated...n i hv to replace it at service centre...

i tot it is suppose to take good care if ur system???

many user give good feed back on this software...

overheated HDD means what?? ur HDD kena burn untill hangus?? untill replace in service center, sounds like really serious...

nah...not hangus...jz normal usage in normal room temp, no ac, my hdd will heat up to 55c...after sending in to service centre, they called n said they will change the hdd cos under waranty...after reformatting, i did not install nhc cos it messed up my system...

y i said tat? cos once i uninstall it, my proc oways at full speed eventhough i set it to portable/laptop or max batery...tats y...

so what happend after u uninstall? still got hot issue? HDD how pulak...??

kinda not undastan u say proc running at full speed...aint if it runs on full speed will heat up more??

my one normal use abt 48-49...if play movie or song up abit...HDD temp

all my feed back here is that im using cooler pad...if no cooler pad really sh*t..
