950 can't play quake3? wow, that bad eh?
my 6150 and 1150 can play quake3, wolfenstein enemy territory to be precise. which is quake 3 engine. at 1024x768.
only hiccups is radar map, a lot of grass, so slow down quite a lot, you definitely will get shot first. other maps is very playable.

if it's true, then it will challenge other igp like 1150 and 6150.

i think they r going to catch up .. maybe .. ^ ^

so if the laptop still under warranty can go and change for GMA X3100 ah?? haha!

can ..need add money only lol ..cheers .

I can play CnC 3 tiberiums wars at my 3218TU.

It is a GMA950 GPU..

for those who have faced crashing problem of this game, with the "game.dat" error, please try the following :

1)Set all graphics settings to lowest.
2)Increase the "Shader" from the lowest,to one level ahead

try run the game with the new setting,surprisingly it works for me and my friends.

for my model

with 512MB ram shared,
i have to put all settings to lowest, except the "Shader" to second lowest (if i put lowest it will crash).

it can run smoothly,but the graphics doesn't look nice because i disable most features already..

and when it will tend to lag abit when more and more units gather at a single place..

not sure what it will be if run in 1GB model.
