You did transfer to the same bank. consider as 1 transaction only.

How many payments did you split #3? Saw one of the past comment saying that just doing splitting credit card payment into 3 payments in a month will qualify you for the incentive.

I’m trying to find out which am I missing. I think that went wrong.
1. I transferred RM500 from my CIMB to OCBC 360 and transferred RM1 back from my OCBC 360 to my CIMB.
-Maybe the source of RM500 cannot be one of the bill payment.

2. Topped up RM550 BigPay with OCBC 360 and then transferring RM548(RM2 fee) to the same account will invalidate the Retail Purchase condition.

Things I’m planning to change:
1. Changing my CIMB account to my mother/father’s account
2. From BigPay, transfer to my CIMB bank instead of back to the same OCBC 360.

Very strange, lately I was overseas and could only do this.

1. Transferred to 2 bank accounts of mine at other banks and paid the maintainance fee for the condo by recurring IBG transfer
2. Top up BigPay for RM500
3. Transfer RM500 from my CIMB Bank to OCBC bank

All worked I got all 3 bonuses.

So my guess is that they did not like the BigPay In/Out. I left the 500 at BigPay to be safe.

Hello!i did the same 1 mth ago. Gotten back only 2 of the 360 interest. The cs say must use ocbc credit card to top up bigpay then consider as retail for the criteria fulfilment. If transfer from 360 not considered.

my ways
1. Auto transfer RM500 from another bank to OCBC
2. Top up RM1000 using BigPay - you can transfer out to local bank with just 50 cents service charge now
3. Pay 3 credit cards (RM10 each)

Do it on 1st day of every month

After top up BP with CC or DC, transfer back to OCBC 360 should consider fulfilling RM500 deposit.

I didnt use BP but use Wechat instead (no transfer fee..)

Does it fulfill that criteria of 1.3% ?
