 Putra heights is good buy?

Villa Fiore is prefer as Catalonia has a brick wall in front of the main entrance.
Intermediate got 3 types with type c being the largest build up.

Note that there are a few rows facing west, avoid those.
Villa Fiore is located on higher ground, so it is quite nice and windy as the other phase won't block it so much.

Take note there is a pasar malam opposite the newly constructed school under the HTC.

Outside now, will scan the brochure later.

Thanks a lot longshot. I really like the spaciousness of the roads, the low density and accessibility at putra height. I am trying to avoid the highly jam areas such as Puchong and Usj. My only complain is the buildup is small hence some Reno costs will need to be added

I believe the original price was like 180k only.
Very small bu. If you take out the staircases n car porch...bu is like 1400sq only.

Putra Heights / Kota Kemuning / Setia Alam are all same category. Well established townships with plenty of amenities. Since you working at Shah Alam, all three should be ok for you. Personally I like PH / KK most

Here is the brochure for Villa Fiore.
Catalonia I don't have the full brochure. Sorry.

If you are looking to renovate, you might want to consider just getting a bigger build up from those in Section 9 or 10.
You save on renovation cost and the head ache of renovating.
Up to you to consider but do look around.

BTW, I am not a property agent.
Just helping out like some of the forummers who help me last time.

U got mixed up bcoz those agents put Saujana Putra under Putra heights in iproperty, to jack up the price at Saujana Putra. (When search Putra heights in iproperty, the most at Saujana Putra pop up on the top). Saujana Putra is under mukim jenjarom. Address and majlis perbandaran under kuala langat.

Personally prefer bigger land as landed house, build up size u can renovate if u have the budget.
