Putra heights is good buy?

Hi I am searching for a double storey freehold house for own stay and am considering putra heights, kota kemuning , denai alam and setia alam. I am working in Shah Alam. Which township do you consider the best for own stay? My relative is encouraging me to buy at Putra height and recently there is one unit for sale at rm 600k for 22x75. Is it a good buy?

600k seems like a reasonable standard price for double storey link wit that area size. You should also consider driving distance to work and amenities nearby when making a decision.

Putra height is the best option in my opinion. In terms of accessibility , you can access via elite highway, Shah Alam, Usj . The other positive driver is the soon to be completed LRT station. Denai alam's house is spacious and nicer than putra heights but this area still needs time to mature

Best is to visit all the township you listed and see which one you are most comfortable with. Drive around the township and see the distance to amenities, how many entry and exit points, nearby highways etc Lastly, come come to Putra Heights, and become a putra heightians.... Let me know which phase in Putra Heights and what info you need. Will see what I can dig out for you.

Hi, this is located at section 8 . The land area is 22x75 but build up only below 1500 sqft.
Do you place more importance in build up or land area as section 10 is selling rm625k for 20x70 but build up 1800 sqft after renovation. Anybody knows what is the price of per sqft of land at putra heights?

Your 22x75 600k is pretty old house...i think its the first few launches.....more than 10 years already.
