Best is to visit all the township you listed and see which one you are most comfortable with.
Drive around the township and see the distance to amenities, how many entry and exit points, nearby highways etc

Lastly, come come to Putra Heights, and become a putra heightians.... thumbsup.gif

Let me know which phase in Putra Heights and what info you need.

Section 8 Villa Fiore 22x75 or Catalonia 22 X 75
Villa Fiore is prefer as Catalonia has a brick wall in front of the main entrance.
Intermediate got 3 types with type c being the largest build up.

Note that there are a few rows facing west, avoid those.
Villa Fiore is located on higher ground, so it is quite nice and windy as the other phase won't block it so much.

Take note there is a pasar malam opposite the newly constructed school under the HTC.

Outside now, will scan the brochure later.

Catalonia I don't have the full brochure. Sorry.

If you are looking to renovate, you might want to consider just getting a bigger build up from those in Section 9 or 10.
You save on renovation cost and the head ache of renovating.
Up to you to consider but do look around.

Just helping out like some of the forummers who help me last time.

Nope, the only GnG in PH is the Glades.
Laman Putra Section 7 is also nice but no facilities and if not mistaken is FnG.

Likely this will be a selling point and sellers will jack up the price some more.
But i believe it won't be immediate as the LRT effect was long factored in when PH prices boom with the announcement of the LRT line and Chinese School.

I'm more interested to see how the LRT has any impact on the commercial activities in PH.
Hopefully, commercial activities will pick up and the place becomes better because the One City project was really a major disappointment for us PH residents.
