I went through their t&c only mentioned max 30k

You mean, both waiver credited into your M2U less than 30 days?
I see there is also 6% GST on the finance charge - they would credit those as well, right?

Received SMS that they were unable to accede to my balance transfer application. Called CS and was told that there is no issue and my application is supposed to be approved, suggested me to try applying again through M2U.

*update* Online application was approved in principle but subsequently received same sms that unable to proceed. I think it's because it's a supp PBVS card, despite have a separate statement maybank cannot proceed?

Not really, I just applied one recently, got one card is not above rm1000, but total two amount above rm1000 I can do the BT no problem.

Normally how long it takes for MBB to process the BT via M2U? (From application to payment to the other cards)

Stanchart advertise on their website 0% BT now, but upon enquiry, only valid for new application (card).
