i advise u sent email to their officer.,cc their director.

already done that. yet, still no feedback!

FINALLYYYYYYYYYYYYYY... after hundreds of attempts, they picked up my phone call!!

I just talked to En Azhar, i asked why my application still Dalam Proses though i had applied on May. This is what he said.

1. Because of single. They still review my application. Priority to married. They are few isolated cases like this as well
2. Result will announce by this month

so conclusion is gov dnt have money but still minister said that there is low application and will open this mydeposit to scond phase

this mydeposit also solely to win hati rakyat during sarawak election last time.

my case:

Apply - 18/04/16 (failed)
Appeal - letter 03/08/16 sent by registered pos (receive a call from Mydeposit ask me to submit a document which missing in their system then appeal success)
Tawaran - 28/09/16
Documents Needed - sent by courier 24/10/16
Email - Encik Azhar email to me & ask for the developer bank statement & HDA
then another officer take over my case.

my developer cannot provide the HDA to me, they only haf form without bank sign..they lost the completed form...
then Mydeposit officer help me to find it & ask me pass to developer sign....
really appreciate her...
I email the signed HDA last Friday, now pending for the payment...

Since I meet the above situation, & get the officer helps, we really can get the money if successful but need to wait...
now i only afraid that my developer will eat my money...
i dont think they willing to help me apply it!!!
HDA is an important documents but they said they cannot give me due to lost!!!

I just call the officer today, she said she pass my case to account department already...
& i was informed that "maybe" need to wait untill early of next year just can get the money...

i apply on May 2016, received the surat tawaran in August, compile all the docs and submit on September

I got tawaran in July, submitted in August. Received the money early mid November. So most likely you'd receive in mid December.

i just called them, they said already sent to jabatan kewangan to process, hope dont give me any surprise like document missing or run out of fund.

Hi, got anyone already Berjaya and submitted all documents, after that been rejected? Cos I already Berjaya and submitted documents, my S&P signed on Apr but the dated of the S&P is booking date (31 Mar). I just worry about it.

In your stamped S&P, what is the date?

berjaya should would't reject dy, although i also have some worry.
mine still under master title, dont know whether they will suddenly say must be strata title or amend snp..

Hi, anyone already signed the S&P and stamped before receive the offer letter from Mydeposit? Is that would be an issue if signed S&P earlier before received the offer letter?
