You sign the s&p before received offer letter or after successful application?

I signed my S&P in mid June. Received the surat tawaran end of July. And received the money in November. So i think if you signed S&P before its okay, if it's not too long before. Hope this helps.

Is all the certified by commission of oath must be original copy for the submission? As most of the documents need 2 copies....

Your S&P only one name or two name? If I applied with married status, the S&P contains two joint name would not be a problem right? Need to certified S&P and surat kelulusan pembiayaan whole pages? Sorry asking a lot.

Yes my S&P is joint name with wife but loan is only under my name. I think just the front would be enough. Honestly can't remember, but the pesuruhjaya sumpah guy must know what he's doing.

No need. If I can recall correctly, I only received the original S&P after I got the key. Before that I just relied on soft copy.

Means for those Surat Akuan we only need to submit one set original and one set photocopy?

Submit to Putrajaya only need the photocopy, no need original copy. But just to be safe, prepare 2 sets of photocopy and get it all certified.

I just found out that my application was approved. I have tried to contact MyDeposit but no one pickup. Anybody knows whether I can still get the cash eventhough I get 100% loan?

hey guys, just now i try to call the SPRN number well of course none pick up.Then I try contact the 03 80008000 number and wanted to divert to SPRN and luckily someone pickup. I was asking about my status of mydeposit which before this mr azhar was handle my case and they check my status that payment has been done early this month. I told them i didnt receive any sms notification he said they only notified my developer. Then just now I call my developer they said they didn't receive any transfer or notification from SPRN. Well now im quite focktup,whether my developer or SPRN made a fool of me. Tomorrow i ll headed to SPRN to request the payment voucher then shove it to my developer ass if they already transfer..

I think you can, because nothing is stated on the financing amount need to be at certain portion. Hope this helps.
