i just went to mydeposit department in putrajaya.

Saw few applications on the desk rejected because of snp sign before April.

ok, i talked to a male officer (forgot to ask his name),
1) master title still able to get mydeposit without amend anything in snp.
2) undertaking letter must 100% follow Lampiran G , otherwise will be rejected
3) 4 weeks mydeposit will release the payment to lawyer
4) must use snp lawyer, cannot appoint new lawyer for undertaking letter

my biggest obstacle is my lawyer now..

Anyone got MyHome offer? Previously I registered at MyDeposit and ended up they offered me MyHome at Impiana Sky Residence in Bukit Jalil,opposite Pavilion 2.

Hi, i also got myhome scheme at bukit jalil. I registered myhome 2 years ago. But, myhome also for the first home scheme..so i choose mydeposit scheme.

Myhome also first home scheme under kpkt. The conditions is same with mydeposit and the applicant must sign surat akuan bersumpah and declare myhome is my first home. But, I already accept mydeposit.

Ur developer did not say anything? Just now I contact the developer, luckily they say can wait me til end Sept

SNP was ready on June till now also not sign.... really takut got penalty

I managed to do it on the last day. I think that you should give them a call or go to Putrajaya, its worth the RM30k.

I submitted all the doc for more than one months. But seem like no any news from my lawyer side. Not yet get the money.

Ya. juz fill in the details and use lawyer firm letter head. No any charges to do all this.

If jpn already paid deposit to developer.. do they inform us? If they dont.. developer maybe senyap2 got the money.
Already submitted doc 4 weeks ago but so far no news from developer.

Is there anyway that we can cross check with JPN on this? I submitted mine 3 weeks ago. Let us know if you have further updates. Thanks

i asked mydeposit yesterday, they will only inform developer or lawyer.
