dear all,
must the 10 years sekatan be included in the SPA? For agreement under the HDA the lawyer says cannot amend the agreement. any advice is greatly appreaciated |

my lawyer said amend a snp is not a big issue, but according to her , there is no meaning amend in snp becos snp is between me and seller, nothing to do with government.
Other than master title issue, my lawyer give me headache stuff again she want to add some clause in Form G for her protection "Akan memulangkan semula bayaran yang telah diterima oleh kami bagi pihak klien kepada pihak tuan sekiranya ada apa-apa sebab yang tidak membolehkan urusan jual beli ini tidak diteruskan." she said she needs to add clause if the payment already release to client, then is not her responsibility to payback to government.. don't know will reject by government or not after add in this clause..sigh |
