yup me received the sama sms but already submitted to sprn last week. my offer letter dated 27 july. Just wanna ask sprn told me they only notify developer once they cash in the deposit,what if the developer didnt notify the government has bank in the deposit? and one more thing i already paid my deposit to my developer any chance i can get back the mydeposit money?

Hi, did u received any call from mydeposit after they bank in the 10% to developer? Or they will not notify applicants? have you login and check ur status is it still under "Berjaya" or it will be amended? No way for applicants to know?

Hi bro, Developer notify me. Yes i already login and status is "berjaya". I dont think mydeposit will inform us. They will send E-mail to developer with Baucer bayaran attachment to prove that money has been transfer. That is what developer told me la..

I just realised i am successful in mydeposit application two days ago while my letter is stated 27july2016,two more days will be canceled,and i have submitted the documents to the related kementerian at putrajaya this morning but i was told that my application will be rejected because there are two names in my s&p which is my bf name wif mine.😢But i insist to submit also,with a little hope can be get approved. 🙏🏻🙏🏻Nw i feel like dropping from heaven to floor.

i think it is fake, i didt key in any info but the status stated " berjaya "

is real...but the result show is not 100%
make sure u click on the surat tawaran....
if it shows dalam proses mean it's still in process (mb u're not in siri 2)
if it shows tdk berjaya mean u're gagal ( like mine it shows tdk berjaya)

Yes, my status is berjaya and I can download the Surat tawaran..

But I dy signed snp on may ( slightly relief after someone check with sprn all snp signed after April is qualify )

But now I face another problem, I saw in lampiran D , need to fill in No.hakmilik.
But the subsale house I bought is under master title, there's no No.hakmilik, and sprn require lawyer submit the "salinan hak milik " to them.

Thought overcome all obstacles dy now got new issue again..sigh

The salinan hak milik should be submit later after u get it. Just now, u should submit as per stated at lampiran c
