i am sure some heavy downloader will que their file at IDM and there always be congestion with this type of customer.
UMobile Video Onz is different...it limit to certain apps...like Youtube...Youku..TonTon...as compare if open to abuse non stop unlimited 2Mbps/1.5Mbps
