QUOTE(a2zextra @ Sep 7 2016, 03:45 PM) Seems it happen like that, why not you port-out the Webe number to other network, so that they didn't have much number available from SKMM for their future customer. Teach them a lesson. Good idea but I'm a P1 subscriber, so webe package was the best choice if everything in order. But since my new smartphone not in the certified list which now become a show stopper. ![]() Based on table above, 3+8 number configuration 011-10 prefix is only available for Webe. But based on their 'bombastic' advertisement below, it advertised as "011-12 prefix -this could be yours". How come Maxis number become their own original number. That kind of 'cheating'? ![]() Constructively, I force them to update the list. Hope this will be solutions. For the sake of another RM60 discount. |

QUOTE(cellvin @ Sep 8 2016, 11:34 PM) After tried 2 days.. Area at Melaka.. Webe try to use network throttling to control the throughput even though at 4G.For the moment, i feel the line really not stable. Max speed i get is 8Mbps, but in rarely.. Most of time, the speed like basic internet, very2 slow.. The signal H+,H,E.. I quite surprise that using celcom line can go 2G.. the speed test all show also quite surprise, ping all below 70ms, but the speed 0.08~8mbps. I dunno is limiting the speed for 3g line? Quite disappointment with the data line.. Lay man term. Display as 4G or LTE but can be controlled as 128kbps. webe just like other Telco |

QUOTE(megat_johan @ Sep 13 2016, 09:47 AM) guys, Which caused bad customer experience when network being throttled especially when data roaming in Celcom LTE. this is wireless technology. only a certain number of user can be connected to the base station at one time. this is not restriction by the telco, but the technology itself. if any telco allowed unlimited data/or free thetering (in webe case), there will be a user that will be hogging the network and eat up all the bandwidth. how bout the the rest? they will get low speed and possible disconnected. bandwidth is not cheap. yes, TM does have extensive blueprint in their fiber network but can anyone guess how much they invest to get such extensive network? |

QUOTE(jayoscar @ Sep 13 2016, 04:20 PM) Typically good demo to webe official how you can start bock user to use more. It's Maximum Speed. Network throughput....Read careful the T&C got mentioned they can change any service T&C without user awareness and effective immediately. Mean once you accept this, ALL COMPLAINT to CFM and MCMC with not be valid anymore or there is never you have a chance to do such. I strongly suggest Webe consider throttle down the package speed to maybe constant 2Mbps wholeday or daytime 2Mbps and nighttime un-throttle to give fairness to other telco user such as Celcom user that borrow line for webe user. Since UNLIMITED data doesn't mean give you Unlimited speed. |

I went to webe lounge at Sunway Pyramid. Patiently talk and explain my fantastic bad experiences with webe self care, live chat & customer care service etc.
Surprisingly, most of the stuffs there were new, knowing nothing about webe LTE. Leaves Me Speechless. They all Celcom or Maxis subscribers, contractors ma. LOL. Further more, I only can get H signal within that area in webe. Amazing speechless experience. I hope my face to face escalation will benefits all in near future. New subscribers, please post your findings here. |
