Is Webe actually throttle our speed when we fallback to HSPA? Speedtest shown 8-10Mbps but downloading kinda capped at 270kbps. At forst i thought server problem so i download apps from Play Store which i am sure they have blazing fast server and there again speed is only 270+.
I got the feeling maybe webe is throttling the speed when falling back to H. So i do an experiment which i tunnel whole device into a proprietary protocol vpn so that they cant sniff the network, and test a download. Wallah, speed is at it should. Here is the screencap with and without vpn.

I hope have someone create a new or update the forum that all basic information at 1st post of the thread.. make all user easy to find information quicker.. everyday open this thread keep rolling same question.. haha

must gonna be huge chaos of this not ready and non experienced new Telco so call Webe official launching.
it even cant handle trial and invited customers, i am sure many customers will piss off today. |
