That's nice. Let's wait 1 month into launch and see the feedback rclxms.gif do you guys think there are chances celcom users may suffer? Webe is borrowing celcom line only for 3G?

Heard that you'll need to pay rm6 for 2 hours of personal hotshot. Let's say I'm travelling in Malaysia how do I activate personal hotshot?

Yes for 3g and call ..but i think most of celcom users is using 4g phone

Ohhh so call as well? You have a nice point there lol, Celcom 3G is nigh unusable (maybe only these days), Celcom 4G however is very good at least for me - beats maxis to dust. Again, most likely just my location.

Just got my sim today but cannot seems to get 4G signal even though I am in their coverage area. My phone not certified but according to their CS after he check with technical, says it should work with LTE! My model is LeEco LE2.

m using huawei ascend mate 7 - webe certified but received not certified sms from webe. log a report - webe is rectifying the issue.

guys/gals - maybe we ought to give webe the chance to prove themself? the more provider the better the competiton. just an update on my end since porting to webe 2 days ago.

location : miri - sarawak
purchase : got invited. ordered sim online - mnp from blue. sim card arrived 2 days later (late order in the evening). no line due to mnp process. took 3 days for me for mnp process (excluding weekend). total 5 days including weekend.
voice : sometimes took a bit longer - maybe due to cell tower hopping or network testing. most of the times okay.
data : mostly on 3g/h/h+. have not yet get 4g lte. hoping they push the upgrade/adding more 4g lte cell in miri soon. in mall/office building seems flacky network. take out phone from jeans pocket suddenly whatsapp messages rushing in all at once. maybe due to 'blindspot' of coverage / network testing
tac/pac/msos : no problem since porting. tested on maybank/cimb/public bank
credit card otp : have not tested. test later for any purchase of #mycybersale2016 smile.gif
cs/support : only deal through web chat/phone app chat. satisfied. 24/7 (i did once contact at 4am). knowledge of person on the other side i would rate 3/5 in term of knowledge of progress of upgrading/technology wise. helping hand 5/5. currently pending 1 ticket for the non-certified phone sms although my phone is certified.
still 50/50 on the family plan in term of understanding. wait for sept 30th launching lah.
EDIT : summary as of yet - di mana ada biru di situ ada webe smile.gif so no worries on voice lah. data i can't guarantee.

from my last chat session with multiple cs personnel - all is unlimited (data/voice/sms), tethering myr6+gst for 2 hrs.

my 2 cents : seems like webe is doing something 'different'. maybe it's good maybe it's just 'hangat2 taik ayam'. but no contract - can port out easily. so let's just wait untill launch - see how they progress. after all everyone starts from the bottom, it's not like MLM overnight balooned.

p/s : im not working for webe. if they screw me - report skmm/port out lah. so many choices now, and i like that we have many choices (biru/merah/hijau/kuning/putih)

if your bro response yes/okay to the sms asking for port out - should be no problem. unless your bro account got oustanding bill or other issues.

No sir / ma'am (emergency call only for webe sim). Since I'm using dual sim phone. I notice the transition of mnp (Blue no line and suddenly webe got line).

u just need to select the prefered network back to 3G and then back-forth to 4G and wait a while it will connect back to 4G if you are in the 4G zone.
but receiving or make call will civert u back to 3G network.
for my area, it seems like the 4G signal is not stable while i'm placing the phone down below my tv cabinet but i got a constant speed of 8-9Mbps DL for 3G, therefore i just choose to 3G network enough
