Sorry guys but i'm lazy to search back all the post... Mind to tell me if TIME FIBRE is good? Better than unifi? Cause i looking for feedback before i sign up smile.gif
*
Time Fibre is stable and fast and accurate speed. Duplicate download and upload speeds.

Can play, stream and download heavy load files. Can play Dota too. Can stream 4K YouTube videos on 300Mbps without me buffering. I'm using 100Mbps plan. 100Mbps is not enough to stream 4K YouTube videos. Enough to download heavy files over 1 2GB

Time is better than Unifi. Time doesn't perform P2P block torrent. No downtime. It will be fixed as fast as possible only for a few days. While downtime, CS will fix it fast with no delays. Time doesn't block websites.

Not like Unifi, always disconnect again after calling TM service to fix. Time Fibre is the only one use 100% Fibre.

You'll feel better if you subscribe TM.

Currently now having 1 month free subscription or easy switch rebate RM 500.

Limited 1 month free subscription.

You have me sold...

Next week I am moving to a new condo in KLCC. From the TIME website it is supported for fibre. What are the installation wait times like? I see complaints online about waits of a month+..how fast can we have it organized?
For the 1 month free subscription, is that just for the 500 Mbps plan? Im looking at the 100 Mbps.

Finally..for the device limit (six devices I think for the 100 Mbps?), so if I have guests, some may not be able to connect to the wifi? Is this controlled from the router? if so should be able to remove..
*
Installation take about 7 - 10 days.
All plans have 1 month free subscription.
You can set guest Wi-Fi and set settings for guest.

Is there a way to pick your TIME phone number from within a range before or during installation?

I would like a number that s similar to my outgoing Unifi number which I use for my home office.
*
You cannot choose the phone number as it is fixed. You can change phone number after installation.

You will be charged RM 10 for changing number if you request new number.

After installation, Submit modification form and write your own number that you requested to change.
The CS will check the number is available or not.
If it is not available, they will show you the list of options to choose from.

Is the form a physical or online one?

How does the CS 'show' you a list of available numbers since there's no physical location you can go to?

Can I just save time and hassle, and just do the modification through the installer when he comes?
*
You can fax or send by email.

If you need modification form. I will send you by PM.

Send email to them they will check the number first, after that they will ask you to choose one of them.

Has anybody experiencing slow down in the internet speed at Ara Damansara area?  I'm having a 300mbps connection and I'm only getting 40+mbps speed when tested pn fast.com.
*
Tested via LAN or Wi-Fi.

We're using 100Mbps tested via Wi-Fi not very good about 10 - 20Mbps. Later on the speed tested shown 40Mbps ++

TIME... when are you coming to One Imperial condo Penang?

The units are gradually being occupied. We have Unifi here...  I am sure you want to compete with TM?

If we sign up for Unifi first, will we get the RM500 rebate when we switch to TIME?
*
You'll get RM 500 while switching from TM or Maxis.

Kindly provide the info in PM.

OK. Great.

The monthly cycle starts when your service activation date.

For example: Our service activate since 8th October will be Monthly Bill cycle. That means that every month on the 8th will receive the bill.

Do download the Statement on the Billing Tab.
You can check the statement for the month.
