Hi All,

My house is currently under renovation, and it has been confirmed that Time service is available.

Would like to enquire when should I engage the installer for the installation work? Is it during or after my renovation/wiring works? If I request for the installation, I have to sign up for the plan immediately? As I won't be moving in so quickly, I wouldn't want to pay for the service that is yet to be used...

In addition, can I request the installer to split the connection? For example, I would like to connect using LAN cable at upstairs for my PC, and downstairs for my living room (the phone line port is available at both place). Is it possible?

Your kind clarification is very much appreciated. Thank you.
*
The installation will do when after renovation. You don't need to rush to subscribe. It will take about 7 - 10 days for the installation.

Got 24 months contact. Free installation.

Thanks @TXSim and @donhue for the replies.

@donhue
May I know what is the conduit you mentioned? Is it the normal CAT6 cable or it must be the fiber optic cable? This is connecting the fiber optic box to the Ethernet port on the wall right? Sorry I am totally new at home network matter.

Thanks again.

You're welcome bro.

the router provided , does it support wireless connection up to 100mbps?

the reason I ask is some Unifi router supports up to 20mbps only
*
Time Fibre modem can support 100Mbps on D-Link 850l wireless router

Depends on your hardware.

If your PC support AC. No problem with 100Mbps on Wi-Fi.

If does not support AC. Also can reach 100Mbps.

Hi, any TIME sale representative please send a PM to me to check whether I could subscribe for TIME 300mbps home plan for my shoplot house (downstairs shop but living in upstairs).

FYI, TM has just installed the Unifi port right outside my shoplot. Urgent.

Thank you for your understanding.
*
May I know your shoplot name?
