Sometime i think router also is the culprit of why internet connection speed degraded, i have an experience recently my internet download speed also drop to less than 10mbps, i check here & there didn't discover the issue then lastly i restart the router, after that problem solved, so now i set the timer for router to auto restart twice a week during midnight.

Me at Wangsa Maju also facing same problem, phone also can't call out, is it something related to BN? Purposely block rakyat from watch Tun Dr M speech?

I still remember last year end TM quietly offered upgrade plan for existing subscribers who are with 50Mbps to 100Mbps for only topup of RM10 (this topic had been heavily discussed in TM thread in this forum during that time). I called TM CS & walk in to TMpoint somemore to demand for the offer plan, unfortunately was told my building is using VDSL and therefore unable to support for 100Mbps. When Time is available in Apr this year i immediately signup on the first day the service launched.

Do u guys facing slight high latency recently? Allthe while the ping only 2~3ms but recently jump to 12~13ms.
