Yup, called my condo maintenance manager and confirmed that TM is taking some action to upgrade the existing infra, if Time didn't do anything i might switch back to Unifi.

Time isn't great, certain China websites required VPN to access which jeopardized the whole experience, that not happened on Unifi previously.

Yes, still will occasionally failed loading taobao and china movie download websites, but no problem when using Opera with VPN enable however the loading speed damn slow.

Unfortunately there is no price reduction for existing customers yet, the offer only applicable to new subscribers, the offer plan is to fight with Maxis & now TM to lure more customers. If you check Time Internet facebook page there were plenty comments asking for the price reduction plan but the standard answer given by admin is keep asking us to stay tuned.

I want to clarify this, Maxis is able to pull fiber to home instead of using existing copper cable, and TM is starting pulling fiber for those buildings existing with copper cable.

I saw you guys' ping very low, but not sure mine always higher than 10ms, first 2 months after installation was nice but deteriorated afterward.
