He's not fussy over this, I really doubt the equipment provided by TIME to him 3 years ago is capable of handling 1Gbps. laugh.gif

Some users received free router from Time, but it is TP-Link AC1200 anyway, perhaps ask your boss check via his Self Care service platform provided he has created an account.

Based on some users feedback, same 1Gbps, which means both existing 300 & 500 users are getting same speed upgrade, sound strange right? Perhaps there will be price deduction for existing 500 users? Lets wait for Time announcement today.

If your original plan was 100mbps now getting 300mbps then obviously you have upgraded, if you can't get full 500mbps it is greatly depends on your devices & router, many also reported can't get full speed due to hardware limitations.

So who is currently paying less than RM189 for 1Gbps Plan? I'm seriously thinking upgrade my plan to 1Gbps.

Surprisingly today i can get 2ms ping result as usually more than 10ms since 2 months ago rclxms.gif , btw this was test through wifi

KL. i switched from 8 years Unifi to Time since Apr this year, first 2 month was good, after that getting deteriorated, hopefully the performance will be maintained.

I'm not using that router actually, i already has Asus AC86U before Time, but that day i received email from Time saying there is new firmware upgrade so i hand itchy plug in the router to perform upgrade, after that i saw nothing happened then unplug the router now become like this doh.gif
