Hi, which router are you using?

If you are using Dlink & TPLink router,
Try 192.168.0.1 , username : admin ; password : TIMExxxx
xxxx = last 4 digits of your Router Mac address.

This is not rebate, its the prorated charges til 31 Aug, 1 Sept onwards it will be subject to 6% SST.

Hi,

That's weird...can you show us the position of your router ? Is it place in a open condition or is it kept in cabinet for instance ?

Try to go for the followings, assuming your budget us not more than RM500.

1) TP-Link Archer C7/C9
2) TP-Link Demo M5
3) Mi Router Pro
4) Mi Router 3G/4
5) Tenda AC18
6) Asus RT-AC1300UHP (slightly bit more than RM500)

The billing needs some adjustment as you will receive prorated billing until 31 Aug with 0% GST, and then later 6% SST billing will be applicable from 1 Sept onwards.

If you did not touch the cable at all,
You will need to make a report to 1800 18 1818.
