800+sf size for Phase 1 and 2 fully booked during preview. They are only releasing 2 phase for now.
Phase 3 & 4 rebates will be scaled down accordingly.. |

Velo is one of thr most overpriced proj i have seen. dont think buyers can make much in near future. to benchmark it as lower n suddenly una becomes value buy is beyond me.
