To me sdb n ytl are in the same group....
I like their bold n modern design concepts but somehow 8zhi boh ngam.....never bought anything from them.....

Phase 3 & 4 rebates will be scaled down accordingly..

Good location - 300m to MRT Maluri and product - iconic and earthquake resistant building! Price still RM200psf cheaper than VSuite. 5th tier security with IPD cheras as your neighbour. biggrin.gif

Velo is one of thr most overpriced proj i have seen. dont think buyers can make much in near future. to benchmark it as lower n suddenly una becomes value buy is beyond me.

Una sold out? Wat price?
Cheras cannot be Sunway and 1000 psf may be can look klcc or bukit bintang area for some bargain.
1000 for cheras ppl a bit high, not saying they dont have the money.

question is can tenant pay klcc price or not if not, u r buying at klcc price but renting out at cheras price. enmmmm. good luck.
