Guessing(maybe wrong)...
The psf lower than Velo resi(subsale) and 1cockrin, else challenging to sell The psf should be higher or same with JDupion, else lower profit margin and buyers of the later would be disappointed. |

1) a covered/underground walkway to velo? 2) a covered/underground walkway to MRT station without going thru velo? Thanks |
