Most shops facing outside is still closed. There is a Chinese hotpot shop opening soon. And another corner shop renovating, looks like a bar

If yr elderly parents like to take MRT then this is a good place. As for the walking path to MRT, l suggest to bring yr parents to walk together

If you do not need to make quick decision, l suggest you to abnc here for a few days. Once you and your parents stay for a few nights then it will be easier for you to decide.

Very good business for commercial. It’s just other condos that suffer.

This Una for example is being dragged towards their price point. Instant capital loss for those projects that sold close to 1k psf although Sunway is strangely immune.

went to Velocity and saw UNA got few shop at ground floor already operation. not sure this will help the price or not.
