Wow wow. Finally Sdb start to show ku Fung Liao. Sibeh good potential this area is classy underground mrt. Far better than those noisy fugly elevated mrt/lrt at damasiora n puki jialat.

squatters moving out, opposite Velocity....should be that location
best bet around 1000psf at least......I wonder how many rich investors dare to invest now.....velocity already suffering from rental issue, dropping price like mad just to get tenants.....
I feel for that location, 700-800psf still feasible, anything higher just running very high risk.

I will pick Damansara anytime over jalan Peel if everything else equal. Just choose units that face away from highway/ elevated MRT rail kekeke....
