Nope...I hope too if it's between 800-900...they launched the unit based on the level..now open for sales up to level 25..and the rebate is base on the level..the higher it goes..the lower the rebate is...

To me, Windows On The Park is below standard. If you all have chance, go have a look. After 18 months VPed, a lot of cracks despite earthquake resistance building. This is not even adjacent land start development.

Maintenance fee 0.50 per sqft ....quite high compare to Velocity only 0.40 per sqft

3 types of layout 2R1B, 2R2B, and 3R2B (Dual Key). 800 to 1300sf.

Average Rm900+psf for big unit and Rm1000+ for small unit. Still cheaper then velocity just across the road.

Showroom with dual key show unit is already.
