Kl and selangor relatively speaking is still a fairly underpopulated city....like under 4mio?

But at what price point is suitable for rent or subsale?
Even today...all buyers of rented properties already shouting murder with -ve cash flow and the future launches w higher price wont help much either.

Surely you disagree as you are a sqwhere buyer. Netizen joins una and sqwhere but Leafz is probably better. Exsims trademark is Z at the end of the name. Looking forward to subsale performance of the hub and nowhere sovos.
