MNP should be possible. Yes there will be 12 months contract. Both a Digi Store and online offers this.

I don't think it's anything to do with being lazy but should be more to the incentive/commission etc.

True, this is also the case with the elderly ones, they don't leave mobile data on all the time for reasons like saving battery, afraid of phone using up all the data in the background etc. So SMS will still be used on and off.

Yea it's kinda unfair considering how much more data given and if this is not given to those who have been with Digi for very long or have been spending a lot with Digi, then this could cause another fiasco if word on this gets spreaded out.

Is that Digi Store or Digi Store Express? Express are usually run by dealers and I've seen many dealers advertising it this way which is misleading but helps with walk-in customers asking about it etc.

When it says Postpaid 28V, the V stands for voice plan so I'm afraid they registered the wrong plan for you in the system.

Have you checked with your phone's own data usage meter and compare it with Digi's? Is there a big difference?

Music Freedom does not provide the subscription, it is for data used when streaming on eligible apps/service. So with Music Freedom, the data used when streaming does not count from your existing data plan's quota.

Agree, too many new better plans instead of revising the current offerings. Ended up so many versions, like Best V1, V2 in a short span of time which causes confusion.
