Just noticed that Digi Postpaid 80 has been extended until end of August 2016.

At the moment the big three telco are pretty quiet so I believe they can still maintain the current offerings for a while unlike back then when the telco war was so intense they kept on releasing/revising plans.

Same here, can't tap the Freebies Redemption yet. I'm on Digi Postpaid 78V (Ambassador Plan).

The Freebies Redemption option is not working. However, you can see this promo under Internet Add-On (like how you would purchase additional data). The 888MB promo is in here and it's RM0.00 so I "purchased" it and 888MB credited to my account, valid for 5 days.

Nothing much, just additional RM10 discount as long as plan remains active.

But is it only available at their dealers or available at official Digi Stores also?

You can download the mydigi app, it'll be under Add-ons > Internet for prepaid users.

1) Could happen if the phone is switching constantly between 3G/LTE due to signal strength.

2) Depends as this is subjective. Example, Digi may have better coverage at south part of TTDI while Maxis is better at north part of TTDI. One thing for sure, I noticed Digi is still slightly behind when it comes to indoor coverage.

Saw from their Twitter replying to someone which asked similar thing, they said existing subscriber will get the upgraded quota, it will be reflected in your next billing cycle.

There's a possibility since the ambassador plan was revised also.

I remember someone else having those issue as well, need to contact Digi for this.

I guess it's to be more consistent with the rest and for easier understanding. We have been so used to 'G', 2G then 3G and now 4G.

Also, they have changed DiGi to Digi to reflect the changes in their logo as well.

So yes, matter of label change only.

Can always port out to a telco that have the least or no cooling period, then port back in for this promo deal.
