If my prepaid have the IDD free basic internet, I am not entitled for the free internet upon reload?

I reloaded RM10 and supposed to get the free 300MB, but when I try to redeem at *888*1# it says "please reload/subscribe before redeeming".

even on 4g some area still low signal , but some area already good fullbar

These area tht you stated seems to have great LTE & LTE-A coverage. Always check the indoor coverage, it won't guarantee that there will be indoor coverage but it won't be too bad either.

is DIGI 365days still available for prepaid plan?
I thinking to get 2 sim for my kid for WhatsApp purpose..
I need to hv number to stay for life without reload so they can make call when wifi available or receive my call under normal call plan

Switched from Celcom 38 plan to Digi 78 Unl. plan. So far, data speed is better than Celcom. Celcom's line is getting congested. Surprisingly Digi 4G coverage is everywhere now.

well everyone knows that Celcom 4G is not stable & sometimes sucks in speed but their 3G is superb.

most time 3G speed is faster than 4G

After I top up I got those "pop-up" message for monthly plan with unlimited data (1am-7am) but when I check on the website got quota allocated depending on the internet plan subscribed. Don't know if salah tengok but I'm pretty sure if it was unlimited, tried *116# but cannot find.

Based on the website's coverage map, their coverage for 4G seems better than Celcom's.

Will definitely give Digi a try instead

go for tron, reload min 10 to get 1 year validity, uses Digi's network as well

Called digi CS . no ppl pick up the call . FB and Twitter them , no reply. Keep fb and Twitter and no reply as well . hopeless telco

If u want to compare digi and maxis , digi is even worst than maxis . digi silently revised their idigi78 plan from 3gb 100mins to 4gb 200mins , but never informed their existing customer and never allowed them to get the revised plan .

Some more they silently discontinued the idigi78 plan , so that existing owner who never aware of this revised plan know .

This is why no one should not bind to any contract, easy to get screwed over by our telco
