Hmmm, I'm currently subscribing to their Broadband 185 plan. 30+70GB. But now I see they up the peak quota from 30GB to 40GB. Will I, as an existing subscriber, be given 40GB peak quota as well? Or is this just for new sign ups?
*
I don't think so as this seems to be part of their marketing scheme to attract new subscribers. Of course, until proven so, don't keep your hopes high. smile.gif

Hi there. Can I know how to redeem free basic internet? My device cannot support 4G LTE. I am using DiGi Prepaid. Forgot is it Smart/Best Prepaid.
*
Free basic internet does not need redeeming. You can check your internet quota by dialling *200*1#.

Saw from their Twitter replying to someone which asked similar thing, they said existing subscriber will get the upgraded quota, it will be reflected in your next billing cycle.

Agree with you on the digi indoor coverage. Not up to satisfactory at the moment.

So far Digi has the best coverage/reception at my usual places. I had Umobile and Celcom before, both not stable especially Celcom always not reachable

Best have 500mb monthly free basic data and can buy one year validity.

Live have free streaming data weekly but no basic data and you'll need to keep topping up to stay active.

Overall Best is a more rounded plan and there are plenty of internet pass and package can add on any time.

I m using smart plan but did not activate free weekend 2gb. I paid rm5 for change plan but can't enjoy the benefit. Why digi like to trick their Royal customer ?
