Yesterday night,175.XXX seem ok after getting 25 ms 0% loss.But today morning seems go back to the worst situation which 200 ms and 75%,what the hell actually happened????

Ok following last night report where I called SC to lodge the report and they reset the port yet still same packet loss to SEA steam address. 2 technician came to my home this morning trying to resolve this problem saying that this is SEA steam server prob have nothing to do with TM, but when I show them that I have good connection to SEA steam using VPN they are speechless. Now they trying to compose new email about the situation. I facepalmed hard, smh.
