Maybe you just plug in the 9600pro to try it out. As i know that many p4p800se users are using good gc like 9800pro, 6600gt, 7600GT etc without any problem. Even some are upgrading from 9600xt to 7600GT. i doubt that the 9600pro cant be use on that mobo. hmm...... is 9600pro using extra power from psu?

just enable the PAT. then restart your pc, check cpuz the performance mode at memory tag is enable or not.

After toying around with Tweak865, I have PAT enabled, although partially from what CTIAW reported

I gained an extra 100MB/s from Sisoft Sandra's Test, however I have yet to test for stability problems

I found a few modded BIOSes, however they are only for the IC7 and other ABIT overclocker boards.

Seems there's no one actually modding the latest BIOSes for our boards, all of them seems to have retired or something

by that time Vista most probably has matured enough for all of us to use it  3 years down the road DX10 too will have gone mainstream.

and that means we have to get more capable comps 

is there alot of power saving if we underclock our processor (torrent download purpose). let say stock p4ht 3GHz we make it run at 1.5GHz maybe?

i have a pentium 4 2.66Ghz, would a 1650xt be a overkill?
