Coz demo set for iphone 6S 16GB was for RM1599 and 6S+ 16GB for RM1849 and still have warranty left.

Oh, clearance display unit? Aren't they got molested very hard on display? Afraid many things broken later.

yeah, most of the molested iphone have unresponsive home button. if iphone 7 ok lar coz no more button.

Previous iphone I molested some already loose home button. The no home button type that really need to test. Coz afraid tend to broken easier than real button.

Well, you can check and try the phone first before buy. If it's bad, change to others. I bought 2 last time, everything is working great.
When reached home, I check the battery health, check for dead pixel and all, just like bought a 2nd hand phone. If there is a problem later on, it's still have a warranty left. The longest one I saw is still have 10-11 months while shortest one is 3-4 months. Only cannot claim for cosmetic issues.

Cosmetic problem can be claim if buying new? And for clearance unit, after purchase, they still honor warranty just like others? If got deadpixel or faulty speaker, afraid if they said that we caused the problem as we already tested before pay.

Cosmetic problem also cannot be claim if buying new too, I just stated that buying the demo set still can claim if any problems with it just not cosmetic.
Also demo unit usually don't have earpiece, and that's all.

No problem. First box they gave me is less cosmetic issue but with no earpiece and no adapter. I asked to change for other set.
After that I sold both of them 1-3 weeks later

Ya other demo set, for that day only. After paid for it then I will get the refurbished set if it has a problem later.

Guys I am waiting for my SE to arrive from GEMFive. I am thinking of buying some extra cables.

Does the 3rd party or cheap lightning cables will do fine? I am going to use it with my dual port usb charger in my car and in my office. One for USB Type C and the other for the USB to lightning.

Is it reliable and safe to use cheap cables on a 3rd party adapter(Tronsmart)?

They both the same, been used before. Just that refurbished unit gets new housing and all but pricey than demo unit.
I'd take demo unit anytime as long as it still have warranty, fullset and less cosmetic issue.

I rather take used set if take refurbished set...
at least used set using all original casing and etc but not for refurbished set
