QUOTE(Isaac599 @ Jul 22 2016, 04:00 PM) Hi Everyone.. I'm currently using Note 5...is it worth to buy a new Iphone se and sell my Note 5? If you're that type of consumer who envies high-level functionality and extensive customisation, then it would best for you keep using your Note 5. iPhone SE is favoured more by consumers due to simplicity of iOS and the security of its ecosystem. Personally, I dumped my Nexus 6P because I don't need all the customisations options it offered. I wanted a phone that's simple and elegant in terms of its looks and software, and I found them in iPhone SE. Currently my secondary daily driver before iPhone 6S Plus This post has been edited by sengkin95: Jul 22 2016, 05:54 PM

QUOTE(jumpstat @ Jul 22 2016, 04:26 PM) Frankly, android phone for experience user is worth having. Apple is user friendly. Compare functionality, android platform I think is superior than apple so very good for experience users. For normal users like myself that just want a reliable handphone, then it is ideal. I first started with the ip4. No longer hangs, no more issues with viruses, straight forward interface and easy to navigate. Everything is done through iTunes. Of course, for Apple, apps are sometimes not cheap and also noway to use crack apps. So in a nutshell, stress free user experience. There are pros and cons but for me, the IOS is for me. I previously using apple till 6s i stop, bcause wan to try something new,but after several months of usage..i found that the size of note 5 is totally uncomfortable for me and andriod is way too complicated..so decided to switch bck..

QUOTE(lionn @ Jul 21 2016, 09:40 AM) I got a replacement on the spot. Do keep us updated about the issue after you got your replacement set ya. Went back to Switch and did an AB comparison on the demo unit , same also . This means a large scale of units has same issues. The sales person advice me to use a bit longer see if any further defect comes in, if yes report to the Apple Service Center at my location. They will verify and do warranty exchange . So mean time i just use it for a while first as is only 3 days old. If change also likely chance same unit with same batch of LCD screen quality. 😓😂😡

QUOTE(kamikraze @ Jul 22 2016, 01:42 PM) anyone coming from android flagship to this ipSE and happy with their change? i'm not so happy. I come from Samsung Note series and use a lot of widget especially for news, to-do-list and calendar. there are no widget here. but since I still use android tablet I did not completely rely on iOS. i use both worlds. I use iphone SE for whatsapp, weather and light browsing while heavy browsing, calendar, to-do-list and gaming I use on my Xperia Z3 Tablet. i felt my iphone SE is underutilized and of course android is superior. still I enjoy the compact and lightness it felt inside your pocket. so if I combine both 2 then i'm good but if i just rely on iOS alone i'll be lost.

Ultimately, the decision is very subjective to individual preferences. I also use my iPhone SE just to keep up on social media news and play music in the gym. I have no interest to explore the customisation feature that is offered on the Android platform. Though I'm more passionate about tweaking some of the features in iOS 10 beta 2, simply because it's fun

However, if you ask me to do the same thing, it'll take me a couple of minutes to adjust to the change, simply because you're so accustom to using keyboard on a 5.5" display

QUOTE(Isaac599 @ Jul 23 2016, 01:00 AM) So hows your iphone SE? Any review on it? Well, performance-wise, it's almost identical to my primary driver (iPhone 6S Plus). Just that, it's smaller and slightly more pocket-friendly. I'm one of those users who uses 3D Touch to quickly get certain tasks done. Without it, it's certainly a minus because now I have to perform a few more steps to complete the same tasks. Overall, it's a very nice phone to use and this brings me back to the good old days when I was using my iPhone 5 and 5S This post has been edited by sengkin95: Jul 23 2016, 01:11 AM

In android when we open app, we can close by back button. How to close app after use in iphone? ANy other commands or features of iphone i should know? To close app(s) on iPhone SE: 1. Double press the home button to activate the App Switcher 2. Tap and hold on an app preview card and swipe up until it pushes off the top of the screen to close that specific app 3. Repeat the swipe up trick to quit other apps as desired, you can swipe left and right to navigate the app switcher as usual to quit apps not shown on the initial screen 4. Press the Home button once or tap on any app to exit the App Switcher
