Am I the only one who finds iOS 9.3.3 to be notably faster than previous iOS 9 releases? Response to touch inputs is noticeably faster, smoother. In short, it's more responsive. Can't make a conclusion yet as to whether there is a change in battery life endurance.

QUOTE(Mikeyz @ Jul 20 2016, 08:06 AM) Hi guys. Just got a 64GB SE 2 days ago bur i find something is off on the LCD color. I tweak the brightness to 40% which i usually fo for my previous iphones and i found out the top part at least 10% coverage of the screen is a bit yellow tinted and others are ok. So when u opeb up a white background u will see top part is more warm and the rest is neutral. Never encountered this issue before. However, there have been numerous consumers around the world who reported about this issue and if I'm not mistaken, most of them stated that it's a hardware defect.I boost the brightness to 100% then u wont see any difference at all, any such ossues encountered?? Pls advice |

QUOTE(lionn @ Jul 20 2016, 11:31 PM) I had this issue. Then went for warranty exchange a replacement unit. But still the same. Now thinking should I go exchange again? Scared later still the same. Kinda fed up with Apple. I paid that much of money but get this kind of quality. Nothing to be worried about. I believe you are still entitled for another replacement unit if your current one is also defective and the eligibility will continue until you receiving a defect-free iPhone. I know a friend who had his iPhone replaced thrice due to a hardware defect. |

QUOTE(cychua85 @ Jul 22 2016, 01:38 AM) I think I might go after SE . Best bucks saVing for SE is machine still? Or online retail? Make No different right? In my opinion, no difference. However, I feel that it's better to buy it from a Machines Store. You can get help from the sales reps. And also you can see what you are getting. Warranty shouldn't be any different because they check based on the serial/IMEI number. |

QUOTE(Isaac599 @ Jul 22 2016, 04:00 PM) If you're that type of consumer who envies high-level functionality and extensive customisation, then it would best for you keep using your Note 5. iPhone SE is favoured more by consumers due to simplicity of iOS and the security of its ecosystem. Personally, I dumped my Nexus 6P because I don't need all the customisations options it offered. I wanted a phone that's simple and elegant in terms of its looks and software, and I found them in iPhone SE. Currently my secondary daily driver before iPhone 6S PlusThis post has been edited by sengkin95: Jul 22 2016, 05:54 PM |

QUOTE(Isaac599 @ Jul 22 2016, 08:50 PM) Honestly, even im using andriod now..but im using it with 'Apple' way...i put all the shortcut that i use on the main and the second page..and there is not more than 7 apps on my note 5..hahaha.. Ultimately, the decision is very subjective to individual preferences. I also use my iPhone SE just to keep up on social media news and play music in the gym. I have no interest to explore the customisation feature that is offered on the Android platform. Though I'm more passionate about tweaking some of the features in iOS 10 beta 2, simply because it's fun I mainly use my phone to scroll along fb insta and messenger oni...so im thinking of should i chg bck to ios n a palm friendly phone.. |

QUOTE(jumpstat @ Jul 22 2016, 10:12 PM) When I was using my iPhone 4S, I don't find any trouble typing. However, if you ask me to do the same thing, it'll take me a couple of minutes to adjust to the change, simply because you're so accustom to using keyboard on a 5.5" display |

QUOTE(Isaac599 @ Jul 23 2016, 01:00 AM) Well, performance-wise, it's almost identical to my primary driver (iPhone 6S Plus). Just that, it's smaller and slightly more pocket-friendly. I'm one of those users who uses 3D Touch to quickly get certain tasks done. Without it, it's certainly a minus because now I have to perform a few more steps to complete the same tasks. Overall, it's a very nice phone to use and this brings me back to the good old days when I was using my iPhone 5 and 5S This post has been edited by sengkin95: Jul 23 2016, 01:11 AM |

QUOTE(ic no 851025071234 @ Jul 23 2016, 05:44 PM) Hey i-brothers and sisterrs! To close app(s) on iPhone SE:New iphone user here. Just bought the SE gold colour but I not really know how to use. In android when we open app, we can close by back button. How to close app after use in iphone? ANy other commands or features of iphone i should know? 1. Double press the home button to activate the App Switcher 2. Tap and hold on an app preview card and swipe up until it pushes off the top of the screen to close that specific app 3. Repeat the swipe up trick to quit other apps as desired, you can swipe left and right to navigate the app switcher as usual to quit apps not shown on the initial screen 4. Press the Home button once or tap on any app to exit the App Switcher |

QUOTE(ic no 851025071234 @ Jul 23 2016, 11:26 PM) Is it recommended to buy tempered glass? The screen tough enough to handle normal use? Well, even though the display itself is tough, it's not harmful to take precautions and assume it's fragile. I personally have a tempered glass screen protector on my iPhone SE, not only for the safety of the display behind it, but also to retain the feeling of swiping along a glass surface. When I browse safari I swipe to scroll down not as smooth as android. Is it have some setting? Not as smooth as Android? Can you mention more details about it? There was one time I had a Nexus 6P and my iPhone SE side by side to test their performance and I find the scrolling capability is almost identical to each other. |

QUOTE(patrick94 @ Jul 24 2016, 09:48 AM) iOS 10 Beta 1 was so buggy that I can't use it as my daily driver. Some of the new features available exclusively for iOS 10 were working properly. Thankfully all of these complications are on my spare iPhone. Now on iOS 10 beta 2. Much more stable than the previous version. It is stable enough to use on a daily basis, though there are a still bugs that needs to be tinkered out. |

QUOTE(ic no 851025071234 @ Jul 24 2016, 10:14 AM) For example when browsing lowest forum I want to scroll to bottom of thread I will just swipe from down to up and the browser will roll down like skateboard. But in safari is didn't rill down smoothly maybe just roll few cm then I need repeat the action to get to bottom. That is the nature of scrolling in iOS. To get to the bottom of the page, you'll have to swipe more than once. Also, the buttons are designed to be very durable. So, I doubt the buttons will "rosak".Also it seem need press the home key many times everyone i want close an app. Any shortcut as I feel press too many times it can rosak This post has been edited by sengkin95: Jul 24 2016, 03:50 PM |
