drill some hole to tighten the arcylic & side panel with screw...
sand the surface with sand paper... 
paint in white colour........left & right panel... 
pasang the arcylic with screw & nut... that r normal screw only, i bought from hard ware accessories shop... see the diferent before & after!

Man, before this, i've skipped on you're worklog, but now, i can't resist saying this...
You have a super duper power in cutting steels! Those cuts on the sidepanel is beautiful, it's almost 100% straight! Love you're cuts on the sidepanel, and about the blowhole on the arcylic, u did that by you'reself too? it's beautiful!!! Awesome!!! |
