i got 1 set of old comp, i think at least have 7 years already... the case berkarat & the paint also peel off already... so decided to mod it! make it look newer & nicer...

my casemod plan
- make a side panel
- side panel window
- paint in white colour
- double layer case, 2nd layer for psu & hardisk
- blow hole
- built in uv accessories......





this is my cpu case... smaller & thiner, is it?





take out the cover, the cover is n shape de, if want open it have to push it up! thE right, left & up panel all lekat together... sometimes feel very incovenience to take out the cover! it not like the case now all is separate one, got right & left panel.

so i cut it to three part, make it to right & left panel...




just finish cut the right side only. wah, this case more thicker la, hard to cut it & need more times....



so seperate to 3 part already! until here 1st....

so later will update the photo! that is cut a window at the left panel...

that is the left panel i already cut out just now... mark down the line 1st!

another mod? fuih, u the man.. the 1st havn't finish and yet start 2nd one alr.. u go man... wow.. wat an old casing...

i order some accessories already but haven arrive yet, so have to stop it first lo... got extra time ma so start to do this first...

cut it with the angle grinder...













gosok with the angle grinder again, make it more straight & smooth...

is it? not so lo, just feel more convenience only if use angle grinder, so always use lo..... i just bought a jig saw from tesco, wan to try later!





i will try to list out later.... but sometime i just plan until half only & will change idea anytime if got another feeling, sorry ya!

then we all can picture how ur mod goin to be & who knows maybe can throw one or two ideas for u

you really have some preety good hands to control...

my casing also is the old one..which is very thick..hard to cut it out..you are using grinder to cut it,but i use PAHAT & TUKUL only..dont have grinder or rotary tools..wakaka.. but it works..hehe..Gud luck bro...!

paint in white color? all white? what bout the green line color? want to paint it to white also?

double layer case? meaning u gonna add another case to this casing?

blow hole = side? top? or both? must be in 120mm rite?
