Back then i used to feel tired after lunch, then I stumbled upon an advise to workout and eat less during lunch time, so I followed that advise and never feel tired around 2/3pm since.

However back to the topic, I'm not sure whether did working out helps, but I dont feel tired at all during 2/3pm. But, i feel extremely drained during 10pm.

okie, okie.....let me try....I also in similar situation, I mean wake up early (job requirement mar cry.gif ), then, by 2-3pm, I feel very lethargic oledi....but, I got to agree, I get to accomplished a lot, when everyone is not in office yet. And, when everyone clock in, I am ahead, and I can troubleshoot issues, rather than juggling between my own work with ppl request.

Thank you

5 am woke up. roll around on my bed with cats.
guess im 6 am club.
Usually when I reach office early, I'll take a quick nap. 20-30 minutes suffice. cause later at night need to work out.

If you work close to your living place, then is fine. Else you've been late for your work almost everyday?

So nice that you can off work at 4.50pm. My new working environment, people don't leave sharp at 5.30pm. Make me stress as well when time is up. laugh.gif

---- Luckily its like Flex hours ... they dont really micro manage on the timing of you coming in and going off..
but the rule of thumb is 9.30 to 10

Inspired by the other thread of how long does it take you to office, Anyone of you here belongs to the 5 a.m. club (or earlier)?

I had been waking up at 5 every morning since last week, it had been great. I had so much extra time to prepare myself to work. I also manage to read as there are no distractions from group chats, emails.

However, I feel very tired at night and go to bed by 11pm, Used to be 1am  sweat.gif
On the other hand, I won't waste time on dramas and reddit at night anymore  biggrin.gif

Hopefully I can continue with this habit.

What do you do if you have the habit of waking up earlier?

I tot this club is about going back 5pm mana tau go to work 5 am lol

Yup, same here. I wake up at 5:30 every morning nowadays, since waking up earlier is useless (LRT opens up at 6:00am).

Very nice having an extra time to slowly kemas2 yourself and everything, and can read sumore in LRT (40minute commute time).
