try taking a power nap i.e about 30 mins to an hour during lunch time .. it will get you through the 2nd half of the day !

yeah... i will clear my workspace & then i would bring a cushion from home and just rest my head on the cushion on the desk ...
find a most comfortable position for yourself though ! biggrin.gif
