Hmmm, that time it was a very good choice compare to other similar projects in Kepong.
But after awhile when i found other projects (Kepong Centra, United Point, Mizumi etc) and the current Subsales value like First Residence, Vista Mutiara i decided to give up the unit.
And also i can't get the nice floor & unit i want, those nice unit all being booked or reserved by the developer & agents (i very very dislike it)
Since their so "LanCi" & thought their project so so many demand then let them sell la.
Got money i don't afraid no property to choice from.

I booked last year Nov but cancel it after that, else i will need to wait until tomorrow soft launch lolx... (Almost 1 year OMG)

Hi there, im ur future neighbour, just signed the load documentation. probably 2 more weeks will sign the s & p rclxms.gif rclxms.gif

actually i was wanted to choose mizumi at first, but then when i rounding the area, actually the access is terrible jam as the jalan kepong is always jam... 2nd its high dense lol... imagine everyone sharing the same swimming pool ~~.. 3rd compared with convenient access, this legend height is better.

already avoided the stretch of heavy traffic the AEON area
just using pintasan segambut road towards to end of Jalan kepong then Jalan Kuching follow to KL City
less time travelling

I found out that there is another option from Pintasan Segambut that can be direct access to Duke highway. Is that true ? Can anyone confirm again ?

I think this one is Segambut Interchange of Duke2 connection to Duke.
there is no direct access from Pintasan Segambut to Duke if i m not mistaken.
Need go to Jalan Segambut interchange connection to Duke

I saw the connection with tar applied direct from Pintasan and the worker of construction stated there will be a link.

If this is true, it definitely brings up the property value in that area.

This is a construction access road. They will be sealing it off soon
