Where to cari those sizes la boss.. Hehe. On a serious note, legend heights seems to be priced quite decent for ownstay, well from my standpoint. At least have the assurance that there won't be any condo nearby to block your view or etc in near future.

Apart fr tis the loc is not meant for condo if u r a kaptong lang u should know. Those shops under saiwai grp still kosong kosong after so many yr built. Pasar probably gone later on. So legend is like taking away sthg fr the residents nearby.

Lemanja has a strategic loc without interrupting any1 in future. Onli benefiting. I dunno. Maybe legend ll win but I personally ll bet Lemanja rather than legend.

Was hoping for a healthy debate but well, it is what it is. Can't be really debating based on "gutsi" feeling. Lol

When there is development, of course it's taking away something. Lemanja's neighbours won't be too happy that their view is being taken away right? N yes I'm fully aware about the master plan for this land some 30 years ago. Except for the recreation park, most amenities that were in the plan are being built or so from what I understand.

That's true. Only time would tell but nobody was on the wrong when they bought property in 2009. The ship has left port long ago. Anyway, what I wanted to point is, there isn't any right or wrong in this as it boils down to individual preference. Eg: nearby parents place, convenient location, within budget and etc. The saying goes, one man's junk, is another's treasure.

Floor plan is all available actually. Can be seen on iproperty n by Googling "legend heights sri Segambut layout" as well.
