Actually i am very interested on this project because i am staying nearby only (Jinjang)
But what i concern:
1) Land title is commercial, serviced apartment so all the maintenance, utility bills will be higher than condo/apartment
2) There is a pasar just beside the land, developer said the hawkers will move out later (but how if they not move later?)
3) The project is surrounded by all old shops, single storey houses which may make it not that luxurious at all.

Any experts can comment on this???

The sales guy said it will only launch on December, any Sifu can give some comments on this property? Good for own stay or not?

No wonder the sales guy said it will be postponed la....hahaha
But the developer (JL99) already bought that land, wondering what is going to build there in the future.
And the sales guy did mention that it will have Post Office, Police station and Food Court downstairs...
Hmmm, let see end of the year what is going to happen. Last time The Henge also got many residents came out and make voice, but at the end .....

Latest news, i saw there is some construction is started and show room is building as well, i think the developer should launch the project very soon.

I am not org segambut but i am org Jinjang which next to me biggrin.gif
Sri Segambut many Indian staying, because got a Tamil school there.
Residents so far okie la, very convenient and matured area.

Kepong majority Chinese, but Legend Heights in Sri Segambut (consider under Segambut) which is not Kepong.

I was booked last year November, and was told by the agent that it will launched after 2017 CNY (SNP signing also). But so surprise to hear that until now also haven't launch? OMG... What happen?

Actually location is not bad, surrounding all matured already. Got a new shop just behind (possible to have mini market, 99 speed or 7/11 in future)
Also, it is located beside Pintasan Segambut, the new Duke 2 will be just at the end of Pintasan Segambut. Compare to Aeon Big, Jusco or even Enesta, you are much much nearer when you want to go to work on morning or back home when you finish to work.

Why everybody hoping there is MTR station just next to your door haha? If that case (investment) you can choose many many new projects but not in Kepong Lolx. Or you can choose Enesta or Kepong Centra hehe.

I managed to book a unit last year November (ya November of 2016) but cancel it on December. The time i book the SA told me Pre launch before CNY 2017...
OMG now is September 2017 already... No one sign S&P yet until now???
