I'm not sure how JL99 conduct their sales for this project and their other projects such as Lakepark, The Reach and one PPA1M in Kepong (can't remember the name), but if they haven't released the 1,350 sqft units, the internal SA I dealt with would have mentioned this up-front dy. She told me this and when I saw the sales chart, it corroborates what she said. |
