Why everybody hoping there is MTR station just next to your door haha? If that case (investment) you can choose many many new projects but not in Kepong Lolx. Or you can choose Enesta or Kepong Centra hehe.

Of course la, MRT project now is spanning the entire KL city-state phases by phases and convenience for those Condo nearby, lead to property value with high return biggrin.gif biggrin.gif

When you are booked the unit, the Legent Height @ Segambut?
Actually my parent house is just near by Taman Pusat Kepong only.
This project for me, the location is still good and convenient, today i will go to the showroom and get more details. Thanks

Just went to its showroom yesterday. Type C (1,350 sqft) all sold out dy, only left Type A (1,050 sqft) and Type B (1,215 sqft).

As for location, it's pretty alright, tho not really walkable to the upcoming Jinjang Utara MRT station. Definitely need to either carpool or use Uber/Grab to reach there.

Surrounding look quite run-down, tho, and the road access to this project leaves a lot to be desired, to put it mildly. But at least the htc is quite far away compared to Enesta Kepong.

I'm not sure how JL99 conduct their sales for this project and their other projects such as Lakepark, The Reach and one PPA1M in Kepong (can't remember the name), but if they haven't released the 1,350 sqft units, the internal SA I dealt with would have mentioned this up-front dy. She told me this and when I saw the sales chart, it corroborates what she said.
