I did the same about 1 year ago, also didn't smell anything. But people said I am wrong, because that time just recently VP, still not many people using the sewage system, that's why don't have smell issue.

One year gone and there are hundreds of unit already occupied, still not smell issue. Seems like another blow water accusation proven to be wrong at least till now.

Wonder what they will say now...

If being given a choice, psychologically people will choose the unit further away from STP for sure. But in reality, if latest technology STP really really can create unpleasant smell and annoyed the residents nearby, that is still subject for discussion.

I believe the current STP location is the lowest point of whole SEH 1, good place for STP using the conventional gravitational technology.

Touch wood we have no sewage issue as in Bandar Botanic Klang at the moment.

Fully agree and hope SPS do so..

My source told me is Q3 this year..

I think now only can do speculation because even SP Setia themselves also not set a precise date for it, all only projected.

Nonetheless, based on the previous VP experience, normally SP Setia shall have the VP on the 23rd/24th month from the SPA date of those first batch purchaser.

None unit in SEH 1 is strata title, all individual title. Different is P2&P3 is with DMC and manage by SP Setia. Only Highland units in SEH 2 is strata title.

Superlink units have their own garden and landscape..

I am not too sure if the Superlink residents can go into the Oriental Garden in P3. Even they do, I believe they also need to go through a guard house (winter guard house if not mistaken) along Jalan 3/2D.

Superlink residents actually no need to go into the precinct 3 to reach the bridge. They can use the Persiaran Ecohill Barat (which currently still not let the public to access at the moment) to reach the bridge.

Precinct 3 is a large precinct, nothing wrong to have 2 entrance/exits and with 2 guard houses.
