I believe after Grandlis handover, the fencing at the roundabout will be torn down and reconnect with the Superlink phase housing. This is the access point between Superlink and current P3 phase.

P3 and superlink phase shall share the same guard house (winter-theme guard house) for in and out. The automatic boom gate installed currently in the picture should be for entrance..

Presumably superlink units shall be paying the same rate of maintenance fees as other P3 units?

In future if a visitor come in from the Autumn guard house but go out from Winter guard house is okay?

2 years for individual title landed unit is normal, as a matter of fact it is stipulated in the HDA Schedule G SPA.

Yeah, it is not allowed. SEH 2 shall have its own park and playground facilities, I don't think it is a need for SEH 2 residents to access the park in SEH 1 though...

Normally STP is located on the lower ground and lower ground normally is a good place for lake or pond.

Clean water discharged to the lake/pond after the STP treatment is one of possibility as well. These lakes/pond normally are the waterways as a matter of fact.

I heard part of the Bukit Tempurung shall e developed into extreme park for adventure activitiy... Good news for all SEH1 + EM and SEH2 residents..

The pond is already there currently. I believe SP Setia is currently "beautify" it.

Yeah, that's why I said probably they are discharging the post-treated water into this lake currently. SPS try to beautify it to make a landscape lake.
