Definitely have, because over certain acres of development (can't remember the exact figure) must have the EIA report.

By the way, if there is harmful air substance, how come the EIA for EM didn't sense it since Ngo Chew Hong already there for long time.

What is the standard procedure for doing outdoor air quality testing? Is the data being captured 24 hours and analyzed and hence they set up the station in 3 different points? hmm.gif hmm.gif

Wait till the bank release the final payment, after that can go to CEC to make the payment. You will be able to collect the keys on the spot. brows.gif

Purchaser need to phone SP Setia to confirm the final payment is released by the bank, after that the staff shall inform you when you can go to take the key. Normally before taking the key, one needs to settle the "maintenance fees" payment on the spot. brows.gif

Normally, during the first 6 months, there are less people moving in. Hence, SP Setia is taking the responsibility to maintain the area during this period and the cost is supported by the unit owners. After the SP Setia handover all these maintenance works to local authority, then they won't collect any maintenance fees from the owner anymore.

Although in the statement do not mention about the security guard fees, but presumebly it is already inclusive as well.. brows.gif

Setia Ecohill 1 all individual title. Precinct 3 is individual title with DMC.

Monthly maintenance fees is around RM 300 for precinct 3 units, to maintain the guard service, oriental lake/garden and Grassland lake/garden inside the fencing area, CCTV and PIDS security within the precinct.

The 5 stories 360 degree club house is under construction now, shall be completed by 2018. Don't think the club house fees is inclusive inside maintenance fees.
